And it's weird trying to decide if you're going to carry over your old identity or not in fandom life. I spent the last long while mostly avoiding the Internet and working on personal IRL stuff trying to get my head back into a good place. I have chronic pains and PTSD and a shifting, tumultuous relationship with my self because trauma and depression, but it's not like my identity is separated in all those ways... It's weird wanting to reach out and also wanting to be low key.
